Bijou Haus is preparing to open online. You can explore the collection and save pieces in your basket. We are not accepting orders or payments yet.

Delivery

We plan to serve UK mainland addresses. Delivery coverage, charges, access requirements and estimated timeframes will be shown before payment once ordering opens. Furniture and smaller objects may arrive separately. Christmas delivery cutoffs have not yet been confirmed.

Returns

For eligible online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within the following 14 days. Standard outward delivery is included in a full eligible cancellation refund. Return transport costs, including a clear estimate for bulky furniture, will be stated before purchase. We do not apply a blanket restocking fee to consumer cancellations.

Please look after the pieces while deciding whether they are right for your home. Handling beyond what is needed to inspect a product may affect the refund where the law allows. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are handled separately, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
